On 25-26 October 2017 Latvian and Russian JMC members, experts from TESIM, European Commission and observers gathered in St Petersburg, Russia, to monitor implementation of the Latvia-Russia CBC Programme and to discuss the Programme plans and goals for coming year.
The meeting was notable for good teamwork, which allowed setting the milestones for Programme throughout 2018. As planned, the Direct Award Projects are expected to be approved by the JMC and submitted to European Commission till the end of December 2018. The assessment of the applications submitted within the Call for Proposals is underway and we look forward to the shortlist of applications to be invited to Full application stage in the beginning of spring 2018.
Next JMC meeting will be chaired by representative of the Latvian National Authorities and planned for the first part of 2018.
