We invite you to celebrate European Cooperation Day 2020 and Interreg 30 anniversary together with Latvia-Russia CBC Programme! Explore the variety of opportunities online and offline:

“Hiking as an antidepressant” conversation during Latvian Conversation Festival LAMPA on September 5 from 12:30 till 13:30. Join field experts to explore health benefits of hiking and amazing cross-border hiking roads that have been developed or are under construction in all three Baltic countries and in the neighbouring region of Russia, Pskov oblast. LAMPA Interreg Hike along the scenic Gauja river on September 5 from 15:00 till 20:00. 16 km long route starts near Cēsis Concert Hall and follows varying terrain through the city, forest, gravel roads and along Gauja riverside till Ērgļu cliffs and back to Cēsis. The hike will be held in Latvian and English. Find more and register here.

Interreg 30 Anniversary Hike on September 6 from 08:21 till 18:00. Join the European territorial cooperation – Interreg 30 anniversary celebration and challenge yourself for a 30 km long hike along the lesser-travelled east side of Cēsis. The hike will be held in Latvian and English. Find more and register here.

The conversation about hiking at festival “LAMPA” and 2 hikes are organized by the Interreg Latvija of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Regional Development of Latvia in cooperation with Latvia-Russia CBC Programme, Interreg Estonia-Latvia programme, Interreg Latvia-Lithuania Programme and Interreg Central Baltic Programme.
