On September 20, the State Duma of the Russian Federation ratified the Financing agreement of the Latvia-Russia CBC Programme.
The financial contribution of the Russian Federation to the Programme is set at EUR 7,937,514. The total budget of the Programme is EUR 27 082 276,20 which corresponds to the EU financial contribution, the financial contribution of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Latvia financial contribution. In addition, co- financing will be provided by the beneficiaries at project level.
The Financing Agreement will enter into force on the first day of the second month following the date on which the European Commission will receive the notification from the Russian Federation.
The Programme Managing Authority and the Joint Technical Secretariat is currently carrying out submitted project full application assessment .
