Joint Technical Secretariat (JTS) of the Latvia-Russia Cross Border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020 has been established at the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Regional Development of the Republic of Latvia.
The JTS’ main office is located in Riga, and there are two JTS’ branch offices in Pskov and St. Petersburg, Russia. The Joint Technical Secretariat is the main contact point for anyone interested in the Latvia-Russia Programme including project applicants.
