LATRUS CBC experience worth sharing!

On May 28, Latvia-Russia CBC Programme invites project beneficiaries to join an unusual event on project implementation experience exchange. How is it different?

  • we will meet at an unusual place – a hidden online garden, to relax and have a good chat
  • you will have an unusual role – now you will educate us about how to implement projects
  • all of us will enjoy work and get great results – well, this is not that unusual, right?

The experience exchange event is aimed at discussing both lessons learned and solutions found during the project implementation, as well as current and potential mitigation measures to reach even better results by the end of the projects.

The discussion will be concentrated around three key topics:

  • better project cooperation
  • better project ideas
  • better project sustainability
