Practical Guidelines for Project Implementation are now available

Practical Guidelines for Project Implementation have been approved by the Joint Monitoring Committee on 7 December 2018. Now they are available HERE . Practical Guidelines are the key source of information for project beneficiaries at any stage of the project implementation as they describe Programme rules and requirements and explain how to act in any challenging situation.

Practical Guidelines for Project Implementation outline the most essential aspects of project life including

  • Contracting;
  • Implementation of the project;
  • Changes in the project;
  • Reporting, monitoring and control;
  • Financial management of the project;
  • Payments to the project;
  • Irregularities and recovery;
  • Procurement;
  • Project results;
  • Closing of project.

Practical Guidelines shall apply both to direct award projects (DAP) and open call projects.
