The third meeting of Joint Monitoring Committee

On 25-26 October 2017, the third meeting of Joint Monitoring Committee of Latvia-Russia CBC Programme will take place in St. Petersburg, Russia.

At the JMC meeting the progress of projects selected through direct award procedure will be reviewed. Following the approval by the Joint Monitoring Committee, full applications will be submitted to the European Commission by the end of 2017.

Likewise, full application form as part of the second step of call for proposals will be approved. Also timeline for assessment/selection of concept notes will be discussed.

During the session, the overall progress of the Programme, including reporting on implementation of the Programme in 2017 and the forthcoming Programme implementation activities and events in 2018 will be discussed.

The meeting will be co-chaired by Ms. Anna Popova, Deputy Head of Department of Coordination, Development and Regulation of Foreign-Economic Activity, Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and Ms. Svetlana Bibichkova, head of Regional and Cross-Border Cooperation Development Unit, Department of Coordination, Development and Regulation of Foreign-Economic Activity, Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
