In line with the Programme Implementing Rules – Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 897/2014 of 18 August 2014 laying down specific provisions for the implementation of cross-border cooperation programmes financed under Regulation (EU) No 232/2014 of the European Parliament and the Council establishing a European Neighbourhood Instrument (Article 70) – Cross-Border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020  website will be maintained for archive and audit purposes only indicatively until the end of 2030.

Important information for project beneficiaries

Due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, based on recommendations received from the European Commission, the Managing Authority of the Latvia-Russia Cross Border Cooperation Programme for 2014-2020 has suspended all payments (advance and interim) to the Russian beneficiaries.
