Updated Practical Guidelines are now in force

Latvia-Russia Cross-Border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020 Practical Guidelines for Project Implementation (hereinafter – Practical Guidelines) have been updated and approved by the Joint Monitoring Committee on 6 January, 2021.

Respective updates will grant more consistent and efficient implementation of major changes:

  • more detailed information is provided about the obligation to update the Partnership Agreement in case of major changes that effect the content of the agreement, and submission of it to the Managing Authority/Joint Technical Secretariat;
  • it is also notified that in case of budget transfers between project beneficiaries, updated partnership statements of involved beneficiaries shall be submitted together with the request for change.

All the above-mentioned changes have been incorporated in the Practical Guidelines and highlighted in yellow.
